Suitable for 15 – 30 years

Are you interested in developing your skills as a playwright?

The Young Playwrights Program provides up to four young writers with the opportunity to develop a new piece of writing over several months here at Queensland Theatre Company with support through dramaturgy sessions, workshops and writing master classes. Each writer will have access to a range of Company resources including dramaturges, directors, actors, library facilities and studio space.

How to Apply

  1. Download and complete an entry form
  2. Send us an original script no longer than 30 minutes in length
  3. Include ID for proof of age
  4. Applications close on Friday 25 June 2010
